Lagos Countdown Festival Begins in Earnest as Airtel indicates another Partnership Deal

Airtel Networks Limited has planned to partner with Lagos state government in the execution of this year's countdown festival. Countdown festival is an annual event held by many cities  like Sydney, New York, Dubai, London and others as the year draws to an end. This is the second time Lagos will be organizing it. It will take place at the popular Victoria Island Bar Beach Sea shore and is going to be a 23 day event starting from December 8 to  31, 2013. Airtel will use this opportunity to endear itself to the consumers especially in Lagos metropolis. It will be marked with so many activities that will help people to catch fun, bond with family and loved ones. 

The head, Corporate communication of Airtel Networks, Emeka Oparah stated that Airtel is passionate about bringing fun and excitement to its numerous customers in line with their corporate social responsibility (CSR). He applauded Lagos state government for this initiative and urged Nigerians to join Lagos state government in the exciting events. According to him, Airtel will use the opportunity to showcase its 3.75G Network.
