The long summer transfer saga that has militated against the switching over of Croatian football star, Luka Modric ended last monday after the player signed a 5 year deal with Real Madrid. The deal of €35 million (44 million pounds) will see the football star leave Tottenham Hotspur for Real Madrid. Luka Modric successfully passed Madrids medical test and finally appended his signature on the contract papers. Although Real Madrid exhibited some kinds of lukewarmness in the deal, last Sunday's 2-1 loss to Getafe fired them back to discussion to conclude this deal so that this player can help them out of their woos.
