Are you a user of Instagram, a popular photo sharing website which was bought by Facebook in April for 616 million pounds. They announced yesterday the changes in their terms of service and privacy that come into effect middle of January 2013. According to them, they reserve the right to give out pictures of Instagram users to advertisers They said they will not give out any warning or payment before giving out the pictures. The photo sharing site which currently has 30 million users maintained that by the reason of its free usage, the users have automatically handed over right to their pictures and personal information to them. It now reads on their website 'that you now agree that a business or other entity may pay us to display your username, likeness, photos...in connection with paid or sponsored content without compensation to you'.
