See the Man who shipped 40,000 AK 47 Assault Riffles from China to Nigeria without Licence

Jailed: Arms dealer Gary Hyde, 41, was found guilty of shipping weapons to Nigeria without a licence and then hiding his profits from UK authorities

Gary Hyde 43, from Newton Derwent near York has been convicted by a Southwork Crown court in England and has been sentenced to seven years prison term for shipping the following items from China to Nigeria without license.
a. 40,000 AK 47s. 
b. 30,000 Riffles
c. 10,000 nine millimeter pistols
d. 32 million rounds of ammunition
c. He then hid $1 million- 620,460 pound of commission payment
He was convicted on two count charges of breaching UK trade control and concealing criminal property. The Judge Nicholas Loraine-Smith said that the arm trade agreement between the two countries are legal but condemned Gary's negligence to obtaining license before embarking on such venture, knowing fully well that it's most likely to be disapproved. He was lured into the illegal contract because of the huge gain that was involved.
