The principal of Ajuwon High school, Iju-Ajuwon in Ifo local governement area of Ogun state Mrs Olufunke Aladejobi has been suspended following the virginity test which she conducted on her female students without prior permission from the parents and sponsors of the wards. The ministry of Education, science and technology announced her suspension in order for a thorough investigation to be carried out on the matter. The commissioner of education, science and technology, Mr Segun Odubela stated that his ministry gave the woman fair hearing and at the same time, set up 5-man panel comprising personnel from his ministry and teaching service commission to look into the matter to ascertain the truth about the matter.
