Announcement |
North Korea announced on early
hours of Wednesday at 00:49 GMT that it has successfully launched a rocket into
the orbit. The Uhn-3 was the second time North Korea has attempted to launch
their rocket under their new Leader Kim jong Un. The first unsuccessful one was
in April this year. Immediately the surprising news was broken, condemnation
started top pour in. United state of America has confirmed that there is a new object in the orbit.

Protest in south Korea |
Japan, South Korea were not particularly happy with the development
because they have the same apprehension as the world over that North Korea's rocket
launch has a serious security concern even though the defiant North Asia
country insisted their program was for scientific and peaceful purpose. South Koreans protested seriously with replica of North Korea rocket burnt. Both China
and Russia equally showed strong disapproval for this launch. On the other
hand, United nation security council were overly disappointed because this is
completely in defiance of UN security council advice in 2009 which bans such
rocket launch using ballistic missile technology approach. They will meet today on emergency
basis to find a way forward.
