Obama Wins

Finally, Finally President Obama has gotten the victory in a hotly contested US election by defeating Mitt Romney of Republican party. Mitt Romney has even called and congratulated Obama for his re-election bid. This has sealed Obama's quest to continue in the white house as American 44th president and continue with his policies especially policies in Health Care and Tax. I personally noticed that racism and sentiments were brought to bear in this just concluded election

Nonetheless, one thing I appreciate about this American election is that even though at a time, both Mitt Romney and Barack Obama appeared offensive in their campaigns, there was not report of somebody being killed, assassinated, maimed or kidnapped as is obtainable in some other countries especially in Africa where sit- tight presidents will never want to relinquish power to somebody else. Even, opposition parties seldom concede defeat and will  always head to court for redress.

I congratulate president Obama, his wife Michelle, Democratic party and the people of America for the success of their presidential election.
