Former Chairman of Ikeja Local government Area and special adviser on Health to Lagos, Toyin Hamzat has been assassinated. He was killed while on his way to his house located at Ijebu Ode in Ogun state, south west Nigeria. No clue yet as to whether the killing is politically instigated but eye witness reported nothing was removed from his car.
