Bill Clinton Eyeing Irish OR French Presidency

Former President of United States of America, William Jefferson Bill Clinton has noted that he could run for Presidency in either Republic of Ireland or in France. However, he admitted he is not good in french and this will make him 'toast' in an election.

Bill Blintion 66, claimed that his Irish heritage makes him eligible to run for a election in the republic of Ireland    while the fact that he was born in Arkansas also makes him eligible to aspire for the highest position in French government, the Presidency. However, running for french presidency is in 'theory'  thanks to historical  'Louisiana Purchase'. He told CNN Piers Morgan at Clinton Global Initiative on Tuesday. 'If I buy a house in Ireland, I can vie for Presidency because of my Irish Heritage', 'And because I was born in Arkansas which is part of Louisiana Purchase'. Louisiana Purchase is all about the historical land settlement between America and France in 1803 where America bought the land to settle France territorial Claim. According to him, a theoretical survey has shown that will do well in the race for French Presidency.
