Dieziani Allison Madueke's Convoy kill Pilot Newspaper Journalist

Obit for Momoh

Convoy of Nigerian Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Allison Madueke has knocked down and killed  a journalist working with Abuja based Pilot newspaper.  James Momoh was killed on Wednesday evening at NNPC junction Maitama Abuja as he was coming back from work.
Nigerian Union of Journalist has voiced out their displeasure over the recklessness of drivers attached to convoy of government officials. According to them, these drivers have no regard to traffic laws.  When the accident happened, he was taken to NNPC hospital where he passed on. FCT Chairman of NUJ deplored Diezani's unconcerned attitude towards the deceased's relatives and added that she was more interested in protecting her image as minister of federal republic of Nigeria.
Nevertheless, the acting spokesman for NNPC, Fidel Pepple has claimed that no convoy of the minister was involved in any accident rather, that a shuttle belonging to NNPC has an accident in which the said journalist was killed.
