The Joint Taske force has secured yet another round of victory in Kano state north west Nigeria as Boko Haram enclave was discovered and destroyed yesterday. This victory came on the heels of the successful previous raid carried out early Monday morning in which the spokesman of Boko Haram, Abu Qaqa was
killed and two other commanding officers arrested at check point. Recovered from the hideout include: Bomb Making materials,2 Satellite dishes, decoders, Arms and ammunitions among others. The joint task force gathered helpful information from some of the commanders arrested when their spokesman was killed and this assisted them to locate the house of the dead spokesman and raid was eventually carried out therein.

However, gunmen suspected to be members of Boko Haram killed the commissioner for Justice, Bornu state Zanna Mallam Gana and former comptroller general of Nigerian prison, Alhaji Ibrahim Jarma Katagu in Bauchi state, north west Nigeria.
