Andre Santos, Arsenal Football Club defender has been charged by police for dangerous driving without due care and attention. He was arrested last month in his Maserati Gran Turismo car just few minutes drive from arsenal's training ground. Andre Santos will appear before a magistrate court later this month and if found guilty,risks 2 year jail term if this case moves to Crown court. The Brazilian was arrested last month after the Police noticed a car moving at about 130mph which refused to stop when he was waved down.
The 29 year old is believed to have so many expensive cars and joined Arsenal from Turkish club, Fenerbahce.
