Sarah Finch, 19, claims she was sacked by a McDonald's because she gave too many flakes of chocolate to someone buying a McFlurry

Sarah Finch, 19 was sacked by the global fast food giant, Mc Donald after they discovered she added extra chocolate on a 99p ice cream. She was not happy with the way her company sacked her from her job. While Mc Donald described her as an exceptional Waitress, Her Bosses accused her of giving food away without money in return.

Miss Finch said she was asked to make the McFlurry a 'nice one' for her colleague who was buying it
She is taking her former  company to an employment tribunal for appropriate redress. She claimed she was asked to make the Flurry beautiful for her colleague who wanted to but it but after, she was accused of stealing food. 'My colleague has asked me: ''make it a nice one''  'So the measure I gave erred on the side of 'more than' rather  than 'less than' the mean'. The Managing Director Ron Mounsey said she backed the decision of the Manager to sack Sarah who is being represented in the tribunal by her mother  Tessa.
