Thinking She Has infected him with HIV, Man fatally shoots a Woman in the Left Eye

Athur Duarte 56, has been convicted by a Jury sitting in Sacramento of first degree murder for shooting her  friend Serena Lynne Williams 35, to death after he thought she had infected him with HIV virus. The woman was found slumped on her stove in her apartment in Carmichael, an affluent Bay Area suburb. This act was committed in 2008 where a .22mm caliber hand gun was used to shoot her to death in her left eyes. According to co-inmate who was incarcerated with Duarte, he said complained he went to Serena's house to seek for apology for infecting him with HIV but the lady was 'mouthy'  and told him to leave. And he decided to take law into his hand.
