During Milan Fashion week on September 22, 2012, Sharon Stone 54, helped to raise the sum of $1.1 million dollar fund for AIDS research at a charity auction organized by amFAR foundation. Before the auction , she checked out to see her doctor because she was having migraine related symptoms.
She was treated as a precautionary measure and was given a clean bill of health. It was reported earlier that she fainted after Fenndy way show Saturday night but foundation denied it claiming she was in fine form and cracked jokes to attract higher bids. ''Wild horses couldn't keep her away'' the foundation noted. Designer Roberto Cavalli paid 35,000 euros for the interpretation of the 1972 Bocca Sofa shaped like lips after Sharon Stone reclined on it as a sign of comfort. She said ''You can kiss my anything'' she joked with Cavalli who was sitting at Stones table.
