The first Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigerian is battling with a disease known as Parkinson Disease, Saharareporters has authoritatively reported. Patience Jonathan, was reportedly flown to Germany some weeks ago under emergency situation after she came back from Dubai.
There were various reports on the nature of sickness that taken her out of the country close to month. Some said, appendicitis burst in her system while others claimed she is suffering from food poisoning.
Upon inquires, three medical experts revealed to Saharareporters that Parkinson disease is 'degenerative syndrome' This is a progressive disorder of the human nervous system that leads to progressive impairment of the various body tissues, organs and system. They also reported that some officials who are intimate with President Jonathan's family corroborated that Patience has been having problem with her left hand, used to show sign of clumsiness, and explained that the problem has been causing her to draw her speeches and equally walk slowly too. Furthermore, a news staffer with NTA confirmed that the first Lady has given a stern warning to NTA journalists never to film her beyond her waist. In adition, they stated that Patience Jonathan has been visiting a hospital in Italy in connection with this disease and has been taking her medications judiciously but that has not stopped the sickness.
