Tessy Giddings. a 24 year old Essex woman has shed 8 pounds by weight after following a reality Tv show in ITV2. She was spurred into losing ponds in her weight after watching TOWIE star Lauren Goodger in the reality television show and is now so glamorous and loved very mush by her family. She had tried so manyu diets all to no avail. Due to over weight, she is always weak to do anything. She resorted to sitting in fornt of television and watching this show.
