There was a jubilation yesterday in the camp of anti-Gaddfi when it was reported yesterday that the youngest son of former Libya War Lord, Col. Mummar Gaddafi has died. His death came exactly a year his father was captured and killed by the Libya Militia after many months of civil war in Libya.

There was conflicting reports as to exactly how the 28 year old Khamis Gaddafi lost his life. It was unclear whether he died during a gun battle between Pro-Gaddafi and Security Forces or he was captured and shot to death. But his body was found yesterday October 21 after a raging gun battles between militia allied to Libya Government and that of Pro-Gaddafi militia.

Nevertheless, Al Arabiya News Agency was cited on NBC news that close sources of Khamis Gaddafi claimed that Khamis was found seriously injured, arrested and later died of the injury.

Immediately his death was announced, there was wild jubilation in Misrata. There was serious relief since the town has been under siege by Khamis 32nd Brigade. while his elder brother, Saif Al Islam is under Libya Jail term for war crimes.
