Patience Jonathan came came back to Abuja yesterday from her foreign medical trip to Germany. She stayed away from the country for over two months. The media carried several rumours about her sickness: Some said she was suffering from food poisoning, some said she was suffering from ruptured appendix, some said Parkinson disease, while some said cancer of the uterus. The point is that she is back home.
She will have to resume at her duty post as permanent Secretary of Bayelsa state government. Teh post the incumbent Governor Dickson gave to her before her sickness

Unfortunately, their family house has been submerged by the current flooding in the south state of Bayelsa. This is to tell you that the rich also cry.
Patience Jonathan was brought home is a presidential Jet. clad in Agbada and black goggle, she was very excited to be back home. We can see so many well wishers especially Ijaw people who resorted to communal prayers for her speedy recovery when the story had it that Patience would accompany president Goodluck Jonathan to United Nations Assembly in New York but failed to join him.
