American Singer, Model and Celebrity, Lady Gaga has won Lennon Ono grant for peace. Lady Gaga has been campaigning for equality among people of diverse sexual orientation. She has been a crusader of equality among Lesbians, Gay and the Transgender.

The American super star was chosen alongside four other singers- Pussy Riot, Late Christopher Hitckens among others to receive the Lennon Ono biennial Grant For Peace.
Gaga will be receiving the grant from Lennon Ono's widow Yoko Ono tomorrow, October 9, in Iceland which was the birthday for Lennon Ono and his son Sean. Ono in a statement on Friday stated that Lady Gaga was the greatest living artist in world today and her album 'Born This Way' has entirely changed the mentality of the world.
